The first stage is where we determine your unique requirements and any factors which may influence your space. We will also establish realistic time frames and budgets for the delivery of your office design and fit-out.

Design

Once the conceptual layout of your space has been agreed, our team will create a detailed office design through sketches, mood boards and 3D CGI’s, which will then be presented to you for approval.

Delivery

The Bulb team will deliver a fully functional office space that is integrated with all necessary technical and mechanical features, including air-conditioning and state-of-the-art security and IT systems.
