Ultra International is one of the leading companies in the Fragrance, Flavours & Essential Oils industry and worldwide distributor of essential oils.

They required a UK facility where they could blend, perform analysis and quality control checks then distribute their products.
Skills & Results
The Bulb team worked closely with Ultra's senior management team to ensure their dreams and expectations were realised.
The ground floor consisted of an ATEX rated blending room to comply with DSEAR Regulations 2002 (inc. Amendment 1: June 2015). The room was complete with specialist ventilation and extract systems in accordance with HSG258 (Controlling Airborne Contaminants at Work).
The warehouse area included high-level racking, new heating, LED lighting and epoxy flooring.
The first floor on a mezzanine included a board room, office space, breakout area and quality control lab. The lab was fitted out with lab benching and specialist gases, with an oxygen depletion alarm. New heat recovery ventilation and air-conditioning has been designed and installed throughout the first floor.
